To complement the revised SOLAS II-1/Regulation 3-8 (resolution MSC.474(102)), mooring equipment and lines on ships will be subject to inspection by the Company based on criteria of the new MSC.1/Circ.1620 "Guidelines for inspection and maintence of mooring equipment including lines ".

The new requirement applies to all ships larger than 500 GT on 01 January 2024.
